The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers IBEW Local 440 & 477
Is proud of Their long history in helping build & maintain Riverside and San Bernardino County, Their mission is to be the collective voice for the men and women employed in the Electrical, Fire Life Safety and Voice-Data-Video industries.
They are supported by NECA, National Electrical Contractors Association Southern Sierras Chapter and trained by the Inland Empire Electrical Training Center, IEETC and 725,000 International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) members who work in a wide variety of fields, including utilities, construction, telecommunications, broadcasting, manufacturing, railroads and government. The IBEW has members in both the United States and Canada and stands out among the American unions in the AFL-CIO because it is among the largest and has members in so many skilled occupations.

NECA’s national office, chapters, and member contractors have long practiced constructive and responsible labor relations in concert with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW).
